Ashley Brandon is an award-winning cross-genre filmmaker whose work spans horror, documentary, comedy, and hybrid forms.

Ash’s short films have screened at Sundance, Tribeca, SXSW (Special Jury Award), Fantastic Fest, and Slamdance (Grand Jury Prize).

Her work has been distributed by Disney+ and featured in Bloody Disgusting's Bloody Bites series. She has received support from the MacArthur Foundation, ESPN, the Tribeca Film Institute, Adrienne Shelly Foundation, and Rooftop Films.

Variety once referred to her as a “horror historian,” a title she does not claim, but will happily roll with. Ashley hates writing in third person and graduated from Northwestern University.
